Grateful Care ABA provides home-based ABA therapy across five states. Its recruiting team was losing hours every week to duplicate applicants, outreach written one message at a time and matching clients with clinicians by hand.
Before founding Teiku Labs, Eli built two tools in-house to fix this.
Candidate dedup & outreach agent
An AI agent that checks new Indeed applicants against existing ClickUp records to catch duplicates, then drafts personalized first-touch outreach for a recruiter to review and send, so the team spends its time on real conversations.
Clinician proximity matching
Pulls client and clinician addresses and availability from the CRM, calculates real travel distances and gives the team a ranked short list of the closest clinicians with the best schedule fit for each client. Built within HIPAA guidelines.

The name
Where questions get answered.
In the Talmud, when a debate can't be settled, it ends with one word: teiku, "let it stand." Tradition reads it as an acronym: the prophet Elijah will one day resolve every open question.
We like that. Every business has its own teiku: the process everyone agrees is broken but nobody has time to fix. Teiku Labs exists to settle those questions.
Founded by Eli Kanner, a builder with a background in EMS and recruiting operations who has spent years writing the tools his own teams needed.
